This document (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy") contains information about the rules for the processing of your personal data in the store www.potz-tech.com. From the following text you will learn, among others for what purposes and for how long the Administrator processes or will process your personal data. You will learn which categories of entities may have access to your personal data, as well as which rights you may exercise in connection with the processing of your personal data. The scope of the information provided corresponds to the requirements arising from the EU provisions on the protection of personal data, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: the "Regulation").
Article 1. The privacy protection
The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to comprehensively define activities in the field of processing and protection of personal data in connection with the provision of services or the sale of products undertaken by Potz Technology sp z o.o.
The administrator of personal data is Potz Technology sp. z o.o., with it’s registered office in Lodz, (address: Malachowskiego 4a / 2) NIP: PL7252318202.
The administrator selects and applies appropriate technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of personal data processed with due diligence. Personal data regarding customers and other persons whose data has been reported by the Administrator, protected by the administrator against their disclosure to unauthorized persons, as well as other cases of their disclosure or loss or unauthorized modification of the indicated data and information.
The recipients of personal data are persons and entities cooperating with and for the benefit of the Administrator (e.g. entities responsible for acting on behalf of the Administrator). Recipients may also be entities authorized to receive data under applicable law, including relevant national and international judicial authorities.
Article 2. Personal data and the basis for their processing
In this Privacy Policy, Personal Data means any personally identifiable information and includes without limitation, name, address, phone number, email address, age, date of birth, gender, product details and details, product preferences and language.
Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data may hinder or completely prevent the proper performance of the service, sales or after-sales service.

the need to properly implement the contract for the client;
legitimate interest of the Administrator, including on protection of interests and defense against claims, delivery of a third party purchase (other than buyer) or adaptation and development of the Administrator's domain www.potz-tech.com, including its structure and content to the individual needs of the Customer, as well as maintaining the safety and quality of services provided
If we ask for consent to the processing of personal data, persons under 16 years of age may transfer Personal Data only with the consent of their legal representative (e.g. a parent).
The Administrator may process data of third parties made available by clients for the purposes of communication, recommendation, use of the Administrator's services, including in particular the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded through the tools available on the website www.potz-tech.com. By entering such data, the Customer declares that he has obtained from the person whose data he is entering the necessary consent to disclose his data to the Administrator.
Article 3. The purposes of data processing
Personal data are processed by the administrator in accordance with the law and only for purposes related to his activities, including for the conclusion and implementation of sales contracts (handling sales of Products, communication with customers and considering complaints), running a loyalty program, as well as archiving of services or transactions performed.
Customer's personal data will be used only for the purpose mentioned below:
performing and providing products and services, including warranty services
answers to queries and requests
sending notifications and materials that may be of interest to the customer;
protection, improvement and access control of the Administrator's website;
internal assessment of products and services;
improving the quality and improving services and products,
other purposes of use explicitly stated at the time of consent to data processing.
The administrator may use the IP addresses collected during internet connections in order to protect the interests of customers or clarify the facts when dealing with disputes, irregularities or fraud and technical, related to server administration. In addition, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical information that allows, among others determination of the region from which the connection takes place in order to determine the default language of the website interface and enabling the adjustment of marketing content to the individual preferences of the Customer.
The storage of personal data takes place for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract and the performance of the service, including the correct after-sales service. After this period, the data may be processed in accordance with the Administrator's legal obligations or throughout the period of the Controller's legitimate interest.
Using the domain www.potz-tech.com saves on the user's end device (e.g. computer, smartphone) IT data, hereinafter referred to as Cookies.
The purpose of Cookies is to adapt the content of the website to the individual preferences of the Customer, optimizing the use of the website, ensuring the security of services, facilitating the operation of the website by the Customer.
Limiting or completely blocking Cookies may adversely affect the functionality of the domain www.potz-tech.com
Article 4. Control of personal data processing
You voluntarily agree and you can revoke it at any time. If you withdraw your consent to use the Personal Data provided to us, we will try to delete this data from our databases, but if you withdraw your consent, it will not affect the legality of our use of your personal data before withdrawing your consent. You can approve your consent yourself (e.g. on the account page, customer portal) or via the following address or e-mail.
Every person whose data is processed has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Personal data may be transferred to Service Providers who perform specific tasks on behalf of Potz Technology sp. z o.o.. In particular, data may be provided to entities which, as part of commissioned services, deal with the administration of websites, process electronic payments and carry out courier parcels.
The data we collect from you may be transferred and stored in a place outside the European Economic Area ("EEA") in connection with the implementation of services and deliveries of products ordered by the Customer. If this happens, your data must legally be subject to a similar level of security as would be applicable in the EEA. We take all necessary steps to ensure data security and processing in accordance with this privacy policy and all applicable laws. Including by entering into standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The administrator uses commonly used technology to protect Personal Data against unauthorized use. Only authorized employees have access to your data.
